Cameron Clark Awarded 2025 Legacy 27 Scholarship

We are SO blessed to award our 3rd Legacy 27 Football scholarship to 1 senior football player from Walnut Grove High School. The nominees are selected each year based on their character, performance, leadership, and commitment, not only to the team but to their families and community.

Cameron was our 2025 recipient from a worthy group of young men for representing these attributes, and for being a warrior at heart, on and off the field.

Blessing Bags

These gift bags, known to Youth Elementary School as “Aiden Bags” are little bags of love from Legacy 27 to families in need of some extra help at the holidays.

Since 2021, we’ve given out 55 bags with $300+ in gift cards & items to show families God loves them.

Thank you Youth Elementary for partnering with us and connecting us to these families!

1961 - 2025

Until we meet again… Thank you for the memories, the love, and the laughter!

Uncle Mike was everyone’s uncle but he was Aiden’s great uncle. He attended every Legacy 27 event we had or volunteered to help. He just volunteered at our 1st L27 golf tournament on 9/15/2025 and spent the day with us remembering Aiden, asking all the golfers trivia questions on hole 2, and helping us raise money for our Scholarship Fund.

Uncle Mike was a regular part of our lives! Not like some uncles that you only see at Thanksgiving or Christmas. We saw him 4 times in the last month. We will miss him forever and will cherish the memories we’ve shared.

We celebrated Aiden’s 15th Birthday at the last Braves game of the season

Braves tickets were sold at the Homerun Derby and online as a new fundraiser this year! Over 40 people joined us for this special day. The final game of the season fell on Aiden’s birthday - 9/28/25.

He would be 15 this year.

God blessed us with a gorgeous day and an even better crowd. Teams battled it out for 1st and 2nd place. Trivia, oncourse contests, food, and raffle prizes rounded out a great event! And… we met our fundraising GOAL!
